Mews Estates is a
78.38 acre 29 lot subdivision. Construction will include, but is not
limited to, excavation, roads, swales, sedimentation and bio-retention
basins. Completion is scheduled for summer 2007. Project Challenges: This
project is steeply slopped. It has a high elevation of 794 feet and a
low elevation of 652 feet. This extreme elevation change will require
