Project Description: A planned active adult community consisting of 22 new homes and infrastructure improvements. This $65 million renovation and expansion project is slated for completion in 2008.

Project Challenges: With the entire project slated for completion in 2008 and portions of “Southgate at Luther Crest” to be completed early 2007 Wessner's Excavating LLC has teamed with concrete, building and utility contractors to perform procurement, construction and startup support. In order to meet an aggressive construction schedule teams have accelerated all infrastructure activities. Despite heavy rains and extremely wet conditions, the project is ahead of schedule.
